The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all seminars offered by the AGOF Academy:

The minimum number of participants is four participants per seminar. If this number is not be reached or if the number of participants falls below the minimum at a later stage, the AGOF Academy has the right to cancel the seminar five days before the seminar date. Amounts already paid will be refunded or, if requested, transferred to an alternative date. There is no legal recourse to further redress.

The AGOF Academy will send confirmation of registration together with the invoice no later than two working days after receipt of the registration form at the AGOF Academy. This will serve as the conclusion of the contract for participating in the seminar. The seminar is subject to cancellation by the AGOF Academy in accordance with paragraph 1 or cancellation by the participant in accordance with paragraph 4.

The registration deadline for seminars is two weeks before the applicable seminar date.

A seminar can be cancelled free of charge up to two weeks before the seminar date (in written form). If the seminar is cancelled up to one week before the seminar date, 50% of the invoiced amount is due. After that, 100% of the invoiced amount is due. The cancellation fee will not be charged if the seminar capacities can be booked to the maximum (8 participants).

The seminar fee has to be paid and received by the AGOF Academy before the seminar starts.
